Tigers Volunteer Across the Peninsula

NDB Juniors volunteered at LifeMoves Centers up and down the San Francisco Peninsula yesterday for their Junior Class Retreat. Students planted gardens and organized food pantries, clothing closets, baby materials and toys while meeting with LifeMoves clients and staff members to learn about housing insecurity in our local communities. 

LifeMoves works to end homelessness by providing interim housing, supportive services and building collaborative partnerships. In the words of St. Julie, NDB students strive to have "hearts as wide as the world." Great work, Tigers!
